SAOP is a rape crisis center in southeast Ohio that empowers the community and all survivors to live free of sexual violence, domestic violence and stalking. SAOP is funded by grants including the Rape Crisis Fund grant and Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding awarded by the Office for Victims of Crime, through the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Victims of federal crimes will be served through SAOP services.
